AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Homie’s Professional Landscape Maintenance (“Homie’s Landscaping,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the homieslandscape.com website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or related service connected to the website (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. We will alert you about changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after any revised Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

The Site may allow you to submit requests for quotes, contact forms, employment inquiries, service inquiries, or other information. By submitting information through the Site, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms, the Site, or your use of the Site shall be commenced in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any defenses based on lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue, or forum non conveniens.

Nothing in this section prevents us from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property, business interests, confidential information, Site security, or legal rights.

If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and us as a result of these Terms or your use of the Site.

You agree that these Terms will not be construed against us solely because we drafted them.
